How Signl collects, uses, and protects your personal data

SIGNL NETWORKS, INC.

PRIVACY POLICY

Effective Date: June 10, 2026

Last Updated: [Insert Date]

Signl Networks, Inc. (“Signl,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to transparency about how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.

This Privacy Policy applies to Signl websites, Signl-operated artist pages, including artist pages made available through the MusicDaily.com domain, fan experiences, campaign pages, forms, communications, and related services operated or managed by Signl (collectively, the “Services”).

Signl provides technology, fan engagement, customer relationship management, communications, analytics, campaign, and measurement infrastructure for participating artists and related partners.

When you interact with a participating artist through a Signl-operated experience, information you provide may be made available to that artist as described at the time of collection and in this Privacy Policy. Signl also processes information for its own legitimate platform purposes as described below.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information You Provide

Depending on how you interact with the Services, we may collect:

Identity Information: Name, age, or date of birth when required.

Contact Information: Email address and mobile telephone number.

Location Information: ZIP code, city, state, country, or other general location information.

Fan Preferences: Artist selections, music preferences, interests, favorite content, and other fan preferences.

Interactive Content: Responses to surveys, contests, sweepstakes, promotions, voting, polls, campaign forms, or similar experiences.

Communications: Messages, requests, feedback, or other communications submitted through the Services.

Registration Information: Information you provide when registering for a fan community, fan experience, reward, promotion, campaign, or other Service.

We ask that you not provide sensitive personal information unless specifically requested and reasonably necessary for the applicable Service.

Information Collected Automatically

When you access or use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

Device Information: Device type, operating system, browser type, and similar technical information.

Network and Online Identifiers: IP address, cookie identifiers, device identifiers, and similar identifiers.

Approximate Location: General geographic location inferred from an IP address or similar information.

Usage Information: Pages viewed, links clicked, referral sources, timestamps, sessions, and interactions with the Services.

Engagement Information: Interactions with artist pages, campaigns, forms, emails, text messages, fan rewards, offers, content, and other experiences.

Campaign and Attribution Information: Information concerning traffic sources, referrals, campaign participation, conversions, and related performance measurements.

We may use cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits, and similar technologies to collect some of this information.

In connection with brand sponsorship campaigns facilitated through the Services, we and our campaign partners may deploy retargeting pixels (including Meta, TikTok, and Google pixels), custom UTM parameters, and campaign tracking links on Signl-operated artist pages and fan surfaces. These technologies enable campaign attribution, audience retargeting, and conversion measurement on behalf of participating brand sponsors, as disclosed in connection with the applicable campaign.

2. HOW INFORMATION FUNCTIONS WITHIN THE SIGNL PLATFORM

Because Signl provides both artist-facing fan infrastructure and network-level technology, information processed through the Services may serve different functions.

Artist Fan Information

When you intentionally register for, follow, or interact with a participating artist through a Signl-operated experience, information associated with that interaction may be made available to the participating artist.

This may include information such as your name, email address, mobile number where provided, general location, fan preferences, and engagement with that artist.

Participating artists may use this information to communicate with and better understand their fans, subject to applicable law, the disclosures and consent provided to you, and their agreements with Signl.

Signl Platform Information

Signl may collect and generate information through operation of the Services, including registration activity, engagement events, page interactions, campaign activity, attribution information, platform usage, communications activity, and analytics.

Signl may use this information to operate, secure, improve, analyze, and develop the Signl platform and to provide measurement, campaign, fan engagement, and related Services.

Aggregated and De-Identified Information

Signl may aggregate, anonymize, or de-identify information so that it does not reasonably identify an individual.

We may use such information for purposes including:

network-level analytics;

audience insights and trends;

campaign planning and measurement;

benchmarking;

sponsorship reporting;

artist and audience insights;

platform and product development;

research and forecasting; and

improving the Signl network and Services.

Where required by applicable law, we will maintain and use de-identified information in de-identified form and will not attempt to re-identify it except as permitted by law.

Brand and Sponsor Campaign Information

When you participate in a sponsored campaign, co-branded experience, promotion, contest, or other brand-partner activity through the Services, information relevant to that activity may be processed for campaign purposes. Where you expressly consent to receive communications from an identified brand sponsor in connection with a co-branded campaign or promotion, we may share your contact information, including your email address and mobile telephone number, with that brand sponsor as disclosed at the time of your consent. In other cases, we may provide brand sponsors, agencies, and campaign partners with aggregated or de-identified campaign reporting, audience insights, and performance analytics that do not reasonably identify individual fans, as described in Section 4.

3. HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may use personal information to:

Facilitate Artist-Fan Relationships: Enable participating artists to communicate and engage with fans who choose to interact with them.

Personalize Experiences: Tailor artist content, recommendations, campaigns, fan experiences, rewards, and communications.

Provide Marketing and Promotions: Subject to applicable law and your choices, provide artist news, release announcements, newsletters, events, merchandise information, offers, fan perks, sponsored experiences, and promotional content.

Operate Campaigns: Administer sponsorship campaigns, contests, sweepstakes, surveys, voting, fan rewards, and other interactive experiences.

Provide Analytics and Measurement: Analyze audience engagement, traffic, attribution, campaign performance, and network trends and provide appropriate reporting and insights to artists, brands, agencies, and other authorized partners.

Develop the Platform: Improve existing products, develop new features, conduct research, and better understand how the Signl network is used.

Maintain Security: Detect, investigate, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical problems.

Comply With Legal Obligations: Comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests, enforce our agreements and policies, and protect the rights and safety of Signl and others.

We may also use information for other purposes disclosed when the information is collected or with your consent.

4. HOW WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

Certain disclosures involving cookies, online identifiers, advertising technologies, or analytics may nevertheless be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for “targeted advertising” under certain U.S. state privacy laws.

Participating Artists

When you intentionally interact with a participating artist through a Signl-operated experience, we may make appropriate fan information available to that artist.

Providing information to the artist you have chosen to follow or interact with is part of the artist-fan functionality of the Services.

Brands, Agencies, and Campaign Partners

When you participate in a sponsored experience, promotion, contest, or other partner activity, we may disclose information to a brand, agency, promotional partner, or other party when that disclosure has been identified to you, is reasonably necessary to provide the experience, is otherwise permitted by applicable law, or occurs with your consent.

We may provide brands, agencies, and other campaign partners with aggregated or de-identified campaign reporting that does not reasonably identify individual fans.

Where you have expressly consented to receive communications from an identified brand sponsor in connection with a co-branded campaign, sweepstakes, promotion, or other experience, we may share your contact information with that identified brand sponsor as disclosed at the time of your consent and in Section 2 above. Such sharing occurs only where appropriate consent has been collected, is limited to the brand sponsor identified at signup, and is subject to applicable law, including TCPA requirements for SMS communications.

Service Providers

We may disclose information to service providers that assist with hosting, customer relationship management, communications, email and SMS delivery, analytics, data storage, security, campaign administration, and operation of the Services.

These providers process information subject to contractual and legal obligations appropriate to the services they perform.

Advertising, Analytics, and Measurement Providers

We may use third-party technologies to understand use of the Services, measure campaign effectiveness, and support advertising or promotional activities.

Where required by applicable law, we provide mechanisms to opt out of disclosures considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.

Legal and Safety Reasons

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, court orders, subpoenas, governmental requests, or to protect the rights, property, safety, and security of Signl, participating artists, users, or others.

Business Transactions

Information may be transferred or disclosed in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, asset sale, bankruptcy, or similar corporate transaction.

With Your Direction or Consent

We may disclose information when you direct or authorize us to do so.

5. EMAIL AND SMS COMMUNICATIONS

Email

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link provided in the applicable email.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not necessarily prevent us from sending transactional, administrative, security, or service-related communications.

SMS and MMS

If you affirmatively opt in to receive text messages, you may receive SMS or MMS communications from Signl and/or the participating artist identified when you sign up.

Messages may include artist news, releases, events, merchandise, offers, fan rewards, sponsored experiences, and other communications described when you enroll.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Additional terms governing text messaging are provided in our SMS Terms & Conditions.

6. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, understand engagement, measure campaign performance, improve functionality, and support advertising or promotional activities.

Where required by applicable law, you may control certain technologies through our Cookie Settings or other privacy-choice mechanisms.

You may also configure your browser to reject certain cookies, although doing so may affect portions of the Services.

7. DATA SECURITY AND RETENTION

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information and the purpose for which it was collected.

When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, de-identify, or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with applicable law.

8. CHILDREN’S AND TEENS’ PRIVACY

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without legally required parental consent.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 in a manner not permitted by law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Certain promotions, contests, fan experiences, communications programs, or other Services may impose a higher minimum age. Those requirements will be disclosed where applicable.

We will comply with additional consent and privacy requirements applicable to minors where required by law.

Parents or legal guardians who believe a child has provided personal information to Signl inappropriately may contact us using the information below.
